Will these fit a 15' GS350 F-Sport?

Yes it will, but for the front wheel arch you will have to re-drill one of the holes because it's in a different spot. I installed the GSF ones last year on my 2013 GSh. Just slide it in, line up, and mark the carbon guard through the hole, take it out and drill it.
