I'm selling my 2015 Lexus GS350 F-Sport sedan. I purchased the car directly from CarMax in February 2019 with only 26k miles on it. At that time, it was still under the original Lexus warranty which has now expired. The previous 2 owners of this car leased the vehicle. I am selling due to working 100% from home now as my work situation has recently changed. The car has a clean CARFAX and AutoCheck. You can find the details of that on my Autotrader.com listing. I can share specifics of that paperwork with you which is dated February 2019 when I purchased the vehicle. I have not been in an accident or any low speed, parking lot scrapes/hits.

I am a meticulous consumer and vehicle owner. I have improved this car significantly during my ownership and I consider it in excellent condition. I never took it to a car wash as I wash/detail my own vehicles for quality reasons. I use a commercial de-ionized water system that dries the car spotless without using rags. In addition, I use a foam cannon pressure washer setup to ensure that I agitate the paint the least amount possible. The car was garage parked during my entire ownership.

All maintenance was done by the Lexus dealer while still under warranty and then "Leksfixit" which is a premier independent Lexus mechanic in the Phoenix metro area. The vehicle is up to date on all regular maintenance.

Maintenance Notes:

• 30k & 35k mile service done in February 2020
• 4 wheel alignment completed on 9/25/2019 after new wheels/tires installed
• I changed the oil every 4,000 miles with Mobil 1 synthetic and Mobil 1 filters.
• The cabin air filter and engine air filter are both new as of March 2019.
• In February 2020, I installed all new OEM brake pads and rotors at ~35,500 miles. This specific service at the dealer is worth near $2,500 dollars alone due to the sport brakes.

Modifications: I have tastefully modified this car in a way that I believe the car should've came from the factory. All modifications are cosmetic in nature. All work was done by the best, high quality Arizona car shops. I have receipts for everything.
