FYI there is still a fee for it to be used on another car, from what I read. It needs unmarried, and then it’s still around 120 for RR to set it up for another car. Unless I read it wrong.

Got the below from RR Racing's website:

Re-Selling RR Racing OBD Tunes
RR Racing tunes are sold for one specific car only. They cannot be used to tune multiple cars. However, our customers can resell our tunes following this procedure —
a. The stock file must be written to the ECU first (please select Write/Stock File).
b. The existing customer must contact us by emailing to service@rr-racing.com or calling 484-756-1777 to let us know that you want to sell your tune. Please provide the name you used buying the tune and device serial number (on the back of the MyGenius device, or on the Info screen of Powergate device).
c. We will email you the procedure to reset the device.
d. RR Racing has a tune transfer charge that can be calculated by taking the cost of a similar tune minus $300. The cost of transferring a tune to a new car for the same tune owner is $120 (the previous car must have been flashed to stock).
e. The new tune owner has to repeat the ID reading procedure, and then we will email the tune file to the new owner.

i'll give you $100. I know its super low but if you read the terms its a transfer fee is reg price of unit $550 minus $300. That then leaves the cost at $250 just to tranfer plus what your asking for it. Almost makes it non valuable to buy used because even paying $200 for it put its at $450 and might as well buy new. Down to pay you $180 if you can get them to just charge you $120 for transferring to new Lexus. If not I completely understand

The cost of unlocking it went even higher. It’s now 429. The cost of new minus 250.
They really aren’t worth anything on the second hand market as the fee keeps going up.
