The OBD2 reading is clean, no codes, no issues. This is a 20+ year old car, so requires care and feeding from time to time, and preventive maintenance of course.
L@@K at all that's been done to it at the end of my listing here.
As far as rust, there is no part of the body that has rusted out. The lower rear bumper, rocker panels, and front lip were repainted. There is surface rust underneath the car, don't expect a 20 year old car in the Northeast to be entirely free of all rust. The car has been garaged its whole life, and rarely driven in snow. They salt the damn roads here though...
