I'm pulling the entire W58 drivetrain out of my MKIV Supra to upgrade to a 6 speed. The miles are around 64k, shifts and performs great, absolutely no grinds or noises in or out of any gear. It was just serviced by REV Motorsports about 600 miles ago with new Toyota fluids and the replacement Spec clutch. Everything except the trans and driveshaft has about 600 miles and is everything you'd need to swap to manual or back to stock except the clutch pedal and center console plastics.
