I have a used VAIS Technology MML-L1 iPod/iPhone USB interface which I bought directly from VAIS in late 2016, I recently changed my setup to accommodate with Apple CarPlay, so this is now up for sale. This interface sounded extremely good and able to use the touch screen to function and display the track information. see below URL directly from VAIS for more information. This adapter already discontinued no longer available from VAIS Technology; I want to post in here to see any Lexus LS owner want it first before I sell it on eBay.

Hello,
According to the VAIS Tech site, this adapter will work with your LS430 as long as you have Mark Levinson Reference sound system, my 2005 has the navigation and Mark Levinson system, see this picture...if your radio look exactly like it, then it will work.
