    Thanks again for replying. I have 2 12s that sound like ish and noticed your install. Thanks for the clarity. Now I need to figure out which sub to use. I will probably be hitting you up again. By the way, what part of MN are you. My brother and his wife are in Burnsville.

    Everything is basically ported into the cabin, sealed off from the trunk. I cut a hole in the deck for the port and enlarged the factory speaker hole for the sub. It's sealed to the deck with a wood ring surrounding the sub and expanding foam to fill any gaps. Hope that helps!

    Hey, I made the kickpanels myself. Your legs can block some sound as opposed to pillar or higher mounting locations but that location minimizes the difference in path lengths between the sides. If they're aimed properly you can still get a nice, high sound stage from the kickpanels. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any more questions!
