I have a staggered setup, currently I have the Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 I got from TireRack, fronts are 225/40-18 and rears are 255/40-18. They have amazing grip in both wet and dry. Last year I was thinking of going to an RR Racing Cusco LSD, but just don't have the time. I'll probably be selling her in February, but haven't decided yet. I would have to store her, already mice have gotten into our 2013 Sienna engine and chewed the VVTi sensor wire. Luckily I was able to have the wire soldered, otherwise it would have been an $1100 wire harness replacement.

    Nice 0-60, what tires?

I'm about to drop a 4.08 diff from your car into my LS to try and drop into the 4.XX range, you are 100% right about the great gearing in the 2nd gen IS.
