hi guys, sorry for not coming to class in yrs. i have 2 problems and need your help because icant afford to go to the stealership right now.

my car- 99gs400

a- my vsc and abs light are on and i think it might be from my abs line and or sensor. please how can i locate the abs line and sensor . i know they are close to the wheel but i need to see to be sure or have a detailed explanation on how to recognize it. i also need to know how to fix that problem

b- my check engine light is on and its due to evap code. what is that and how do i fix. some people suggested a new gas cap (my car is 10yrs old ). just dont want to do that until am sure . please help.

c-i know for a fact that my abs isnt working because the brakes on a 100yr old car perform better than mine now. my car skids and screaches like a hungry wolf each time i brake hard. i skid like hell too. so please help help help, my dear lexus brothers
