can u stick this into a SC if i get the screen instaled. What else would i need to do this mod? sorry, not too familiar with NAV.

you can use this on any factry navigation screen. you have to have factry navi install because this will tap in to factry wires harnes.

1) was it off a HD based NAV from GS400 or DVD based NAV from GS430?

2) how old are the parts?

3) what's included?

4) is everything pretty much plug-and-play?

It came out of hd gase gs400 but my brother got a 430 with a same system it dosent meather what system you have. Parts are around 8 months old. comes with everything you need to install. Its not plug and play non of them are requaries profesional instalation. or if you don't mind cuting four wires and runing power you can do it you self. I did my at my garage took me 2 hours with everything.
