I have a small Alpine mono sub amp and two mack daddy Orion HCCA's. That's why I was wondering how much juice you were planning on running. I know the Solo's can hold a lot.

Whatever you think will push that sub. I came across a bunch so far that cant even last with that damn sub. Should of gotten another sub thats what im thinking. Well let me know what you think works and throw me a price. I think my solo is 750watts RMS if im not wrong.

To be honest, it's really up to you as to how much you wanna push your sub. Just because it's rated at something doesn't always mean you have to have that amount of power to it to sound good. I know that the solo's are beefy subs. Does that mean you wanna put that much juice to it all the time? That's up to you really.

To be honest again, the amp that ^^^ ISOLDOUT is selling sounds like a great deal to me. I don't know the specs personally, but he sounds like he's willing to negotiate for what seems to be a plenty powerful amp for a single sub. Maybe you should talk to him.

The only thing I have that would push that hard is one of the Orion 250HCCA. It can definetly handle the 2 ohm load without a problem, but it will not put out the kind of numbers I think you're looking for. It's rated at around 800 X 1 but that's a load I don't think you'll be able to reach with a single sub. So, realistically you'd probably only see about half that. True enough that'd be true power and not some inflated figures like cheap amps do, but it's still smaller number than what I think you have in mind.

Talk to ISOLDOUT. Look at the specs of his amp. I think that may just work out great for you.

Let me know.
