Default hi-lo converter. wiring you need to hook up a cd deck

Hi-Lo converter with adapter harness. Everything you need to use a deck or cd player on your car while still using the factory amp. Pic 1 Pic 2 $50

it was on an 92 ES300, but should also fit the SC cars.

you can use your stock subs. it still allows you to use your stock amp.
here is why
the stock lexus radio gives out a low voltage, unamplified signal to the amp. the amp powers up that signal for the speakers
when u use an after market radio, almost all of the them have a built in amp. so sending that amplified signal from an aftermarket radio to the stock amp creates a lot of distortion
what this unit does is that it takes that signal from the aftermarket radio, and powers it down. you can control how much power you want to go to the amp. the converter has 4 channels, and each channel has a ****. when u turn it up, it will be louder, but not as clear and more distortion. when u have it down, its very clear but not as loud.
