I can't believe I am finally selling it....... the king of amps!
That's right....
BLACK SERIES PPI ART A1200!!!!
........after debating this for 2 years I have finally decided to pull the monster out of my Mercedes and sell it and move on. It has been running 2 ohm stereo to a set of DVC MB Quart tens in a tiny sealed enclosure as an SQ setup for over a year and was in my IS300 driving them before that.
Guaranteed fully functional upon arrival. After that you are on your own because god knows what you are going to want to do to a 1200 RMS watt PPI amp. It'll probably end up on youtube driving a wall of something knocking 24 cases of soda off the roof.
As long as I have had it I have ran it gently (can't really drive two tens to the potential of the amp). It's never shut off nor given me any slack at all.
I see WHITE 1200's on ebay clearing $600, you never see any black ones. IMO that offsets the physical condition of the amp and put's it right up there on rare $$$ status, but I am generously pricing this amp out for only
$400 shipped with tracking and insurance.
Please feel free to PM offers.
My knowledge of the amp is this:
I bought it needing two power supply drivers replaced 2 years ago. They were replaced and it has ran flawlessly for 2 years. There has been a repair on the amp, please take note if this means anything to you.
I have apparently rattled one of the 6 screws loose on bottom of the amp...... it was there when I mounted it last year and now..... *poof*. God only knows where it is. I looked under the trunk's liner and spare tire, but don't see it anywhere.
Cosmetically ...... It's 12 yrs old. It has several small nicks that have been touched up.
I will be taking more pics of it, I just wanted to snap a few and get it listed for sale. Tonight there will be more pics added.

I have updated the pics up there. Just so you guys understand what you are looking at, here's a pic of a white A1200 http://www.ampguts.realmofexcursion....0/outside3.jpg
Notice the fuses, now look at my fuses. This is the very first black series A1200. I doubt you'll see any others again.
Thanks!

Buy it foo!
Had to locate the 1 missing screw that was lost in the car for the bottom and when I did finally find it I decided that I'd take these pics before locking it all up tight.
