Amp and 10" sub needed!!!

Not looking for anything specail or high powered. Looking to spend as little as possibly.

Need an amp and I want a better 10" sub than stock.

i have a JL audio 10 inch sub with mounting bracket for direct bolt up to stock location and a Rockford Fosgate punch 75HD for sale 300.00
