you can always file a complaint through lexus pertaining to that dealership.

 

I always have them drive my car back into the service area after they wash it. Did you talk to the service manager Patel?

 

spoke to him. they said because they did some good will work on my car that there is no record of how my car came in and that he cannot do anything. i told him that I can provide him with pictures showing the condition of the bumper, he said that he still could not do anything.


Going thru Lexus wont work there are no records of what they did.

 

Do you still have that yellow inspection ticket that you get after you speak to the service advisor? I can't believe he brushed it off like that. Not like him at all.

I wasn't sure at first, but the number of compliments I get on the car has increased radically since I swapped the old ones out. I think it has a more aggressive look without the pie plates.

Now I just have to get to one of these stinkin' meets.....!

BLKGS4WNAV,,, that is absolutely a beautiful car. Love the front lip spoiler, gives it that clean yet don't even think about it look. Makes me wanna trade up my LS to a GS.
