Check it out guys I would like to go now just I have to make a decision who to go with. Maybe we should do a collaboration with multiple sites. For example Acuarzine.com and V6p,net are all meeting up to go to HIN together, I posted a link on acurazine and v6p.net to this meet and we should all go together.

We can do ours a litte early. Doesn't HIN start like 5 or later we can meet around 11 or 12 then roll to AC for HIN etc.........I might be sore from football and all the driving so I don't know if I'll make it to HIN but I will go to AC in search of a massage

Location
Doesn't look like it's going to work out with that park can anyone recommend an alternate location that's free lol. They said since it's more than 10 people we would have to be insured, we have to pay if we use their grills basically a bunch of paper work. We can always hook up with the supra guys @E Shift for the supra/toyota meet. It's about 2 hours north of AC. We can "cruise" down to AC afterwards for HIN/gambling/massages . Let me hear what you guys think. It will be a farther drive for the people coming up from the south but it's all good with me at least.

Plex,
How many people are we going to have in total? Can we organize 10 groups of 10 to get under the rule. I work in insurance for Citigroup and they are correct with the insurance requirement but if we secure 10 'separate' areas that happen to be right next to each other then it's murky for them to regulate.

LMAO, as long as we aren't all under one banner (NELOC), then we shouldn't fall under any insurance requirement.
But that is something that we may have to look into for the future when we start to try to hold bigger events. As a mod (or organizer) of the event, the insurance policy is a form of protection since they could possibly be held liable for event outcomes.
Damn I've been working here too long
