I'm down... And other than those parks/picnics places on the way to wildwood which would be such a great spot (if coming towards a.c. Exit 7s) my suggestion would probably be at the cherry hill mall. Its still sort of in the middle and will be fair for both parties, people coming from north and south. But realistically I would crash the park picnic near a.c. And play some football and have a little cook out. As for the insurance problem everyone just spread out. 
I don't think there's a picnic guard or anything. Place is always empty when I drive by
