I have the AFS light flashing problem after lowering my car. My dealer says that there is no way to turn off the light. I found another thread that says you can with a suspension adjustment. I would prefer to take my car to a dealer that knows more about the 2006 GS300/430's.
Which is the best, most knowledgeable service facility in the NY, preferably NJ area ?

Thanks for the list Slick. One of the NJ dealers on that list doesn't have a clue as how to fix the AFS light problem.....even though (with the forums help) I told them what had to be fixed. They said they haven't serviced many of the third generation GS's yet.
I guess what I am looking for is an experienced 2006 GS service facility.

Don't go to Bayridge Lexus, they treat your car like ricers treat their civic. I had a 97 SC300 dropped it there to repair a spoiler light courtesy of the dealer i bought it from, heard the car peeling out going around the block.

Try Lexus of Massapequa as well, I had a good experience there. But in reality, there's probably not going to be a dealer who's really experienced with 06 models and that's a good thing. So you may have a better solution basing your search on the service center's reputation for getting a problem solved.

I guess I want to go to the largest service facility and hopefuly good too. I figure they probably got a chance to deal with more of the 06's, hence have better experience with them.
So, any of you guys with an 06 GS have you dropped your car and had the AFS light start flashing ? What did you/your service facility do to get rid of the flashing ?
