Good lookin Carlos on the "pocket change" lolol and also thanks for that link. I know with aftermarket mods if a problem occurs you can always take it out and put the original stock part back in however thats such a hastle i know i wouldnt want to have to go through with that. Springs for me arnt out of the picture yet! I might get them put on when i moved to Boston...Well SEE!

I am quite aware of the Act since the Evo guys had problems with Mitsubishi dealers regarding their aftermarket mods. The Act did not help those guys unfortunately. If you add an aftermarket parts like springs for instance, if a wheel sensor goes bad (as I indicated earlier), they can attribute the install or part as the cause. The act has been discussed on this forum many times regarding our cars. Read this thread Exclusive for more clarification.

Like I said if your happy with your set up cool.
The thread was started by Sam just to show off his new mod not to get into a debate regarding warranties. I gave him my opinion on what the next mod should be to accent what he just did. It is his choice to accept it or not because it was just an opinion on my part. I pointed out the act to show that there are ways around the warranty its not a big deal. I am also well aware of that thread you pointed out here and on other forums in regards to this. Apparently not everyone knows how to finesse the system so that aftermarket parts do not void their warranty for whatever reason. It has been done and it can be done. I know through personal experience.
The mere fact of me pointing out the act for the record, wasn't directed at you Sean apparently you took it that way by the way you just started that post. Lighten up seriously.
Now that being said, back to you Sam
