OK, as I see this list growing, it just dawned on me that I dont think I want to turn in a list of CL screen names to the Hilton. LOL So, please put your real names (first and last names) next to your names...along with the city/state where you are from. Thanks. It will make the list I turn in a little more professional looking.

Also, by Friday, we may have to actually call and reserve the rooms at the discounted rate. So PLEASE check into this thread Friday afternoon/evening for updated instructions on how to reserve your room. Thanks.

Yes, my hunch is by this weekend or Monday, we'll all need to call individually and lock in the rates with a reservation. That's why it's imperative that everybody who's staying the night to check this thread sometime Friday afternoon/evening once I have given the list to the Hilton. We will have new instructions then.
