Yes, my hunch is by this weekend or Monday, we'll all need to call individually and lock in the rates with a reservation. That's why it's imperative that everybody who's staying the night to check this thread sometime Friday afternoon/evening once I have given the list to the Hilton. We will have new instructions then.
