Time to start booking your rooms at the discounted rate. Call 1-800-Hiltons or call the hotel directly at (717) 233-6000. Tell them you are with the Lexus Car Club for July 22nd. Rate should be confirmed at $104 for the night...for either the double or the king. She's holding 10 rooms for us. For those getting a King Size room, if you have a problem with reservations, let me know.

*You can cancel on Thursday before Noon and not get charged.

Of course, if you are solo and want to share, pair up with someone.

just called..they said they only had double rooms down for us but she said she would put a note in for me requesting one to be a king, but she couldnt guarantee i'd get it
make sure they give you the $104 rate because at first she was telling me $116

I just talked to my contact, Cathy. Yeah, there's something going on with the King reservations.

Cathy, I just had your reservation changed to one king and one double.

And all the kings and 2 doubles should be $104. Confirm the rate when you make the reservation.

For those still booking rooms, it should not be a problem any longer...kings and doubles should both be $104. If a problem arises again, let me know.

Thanks, but Craig (Greed) has done a lot of behind the scenes work as well. We scoped Harrisburg out together. I just happened to be the one to post what we found. Actually, he did all the early dirty work himself in the attempt to find us a meet location...calling Harrisburg places, and then eventually landing us a spot at the Colonial Park Mall's Street&Sound (which is actually more "sound" than "street" ) It was a team effort in the end, but Craig laid all the groundwork.

I'm just solidifying the details as the date nears. Accomodations became a big deal once many decided to just stay the night, which makes sense.

And of course Cherp is still the OG of NELOC. Without his vision, we'd have no NELOC.

And Soup is still the 'master coordinator' of NELOC. He and Cherp keep us all tied together (north & south).
