Paintball - Sept 23rd
Ok, time to revive this topic since the weather is cooling off and we've mentioned this before. Johnny's cookout looks like it's going to be held on that Sun the 24th so lets make sure that we have plenty to talk about by going on the 23rd.
Details:
The group I always play with is doing another bus ride to PA (90 min ride) leaving from the BX on Sept 23. It's usually two buses and they fill up so I'm thinking that we should see how many people we have that are interested and get a NELOC team together. If we need more members, we can always fill in with other bus riders.
The cost is $65 and that includes:
Bus Ride
Gun rental (if you bring your own gun, there is no discount, I still bring mine though)
Lunch
Admission
The only thing you need to buy is
Ammo - fields will not let you bring your own ammo so you must buy from them, cases of 2000 (1/2 case is plenty for someone using rented gun since they are semi-auto, I'm on full auto all day and go through a case and a half - 16 ***** per second) Cost of case is $60-70 so about $35 split.
Camo rental - $5 - this is optional if you have dark clothes or camo gear already, bring your own.
Buses leave at 7 and return at 7 or 8, we play about 8 games when we go. If we get enough people, I can try to argue about a bus making a special pickup to avoid making the trek into the Bx but deposits would have to be given in early to show that we are a serious group.

Just dress in a couple of layers but don't go overboard, it gets hot after you've played a game or two and you'll start peeling them off.
paintpall field require you to turn the PSI of guns down to 280 so it stings but doesn't 'hurt.
You'll be fine and as you can see from the picture I put up there were other women to take the challenge.
