Just a heads up that a new Lexus dealership opened up near Steinway and Northern blvd in Queens. Its been open for a couple of weeks but I wasn't sure how many people were aware of it.

 

I saw when they were building it , I had no idea it opened already, time to place an order for LS 600hL... . It's the first Lexus dealer in Queens if i'm not mistaken? It will likely be the place where I will purchase my first Lexus hopefully soon!

 

No kidding, thanks for the heads up, Carlos. If anyone goes there, let us know how the service is.

Take your car there Tony and be the guinea pig. I can tell you from experience that non-established dealership service facilities tend to make screw ups. Had that problem when Plaza Toyota opened up in Brooklyn some years back when I had my Avalon. Lets just say I was not pleased with the service as my car had to be flatbedded back to the dealership for some electrical issue Hopefully, the Queens Lexus dealership service does not follow in this fashion. Only time will tell if it will be an elite dealership. I'll stick to Lexus of Rockville Centre since it is closer to me and has outstanding service.

 

Of all people why would i be the first!... And you dont kno if it is an elite dealership, this might not be there first one, this might be 1 or 2 or 3, maybe there expanding there establishment!

 

You could be right. Lexus of Manhattan and Bayridge Lexus are run by the same folks. Time will tell regarding service since Bayridge= for service, even though I purchased my car from them.

I've been to Lexus of Rockville center, New car sales people are a bunch of stuck up @#$%^&*!@# !!!! Met with on of the service managers, he didnt know jack@#$ about the car.

 

Yeah, there sales people are not that great. I was looking at a new RX350 before I got the X3, and the lady I dealt with did not know much about the RX she was trying to sell me. Had no idea how much horsepower the vehicle has, yet she wanted to sell me the truck 300 bucks less than sticker . Had them change out my lower control arms up front and re-torque every suspension bolt to factory spec & wheel alignment. In addition, I got an 06 Es350 as a loaner which Bayridge Lexus never did as they claim to not offer loaners on weekends My car feels better than before. The suspension feels like one solid piece of granite . I deal with Gerado in the service dept. Great guy great service
