Default Winter tire set-up?

Everyone in New York City, this is my first winter in my GS. What type of tires does everyone use for the winter. Please let me know your setup. Whats good and what's no good

monster... what a monster...

lol imagine getting your GS hit by one of those?

i don't even know if i should get winter tires with this el nino crap... even if it does snow a little bit, we can deal with it because of the snow plows clearing the roads and all... so... i dunno.

we didn't have any hurricanes make landfall this year!? you know how much money was spent on protective measures along the east cost and gulf coast?! and insurance companies made MADDD money off premiums and didn't have to spend ANY of it on insurance claims because there weren't any related to a hurricane....

ok off topicc... lol

My dad backed into it with his old jaguar... He had to get a new trunklid and all I had to do was buff out the chrome on the bumper, hahahahaha

Blizzaks are the way to go.

I should be switching over to them soon but I am trying to squeeze another weekend or two with the 18s and summer tires.

yes, blizzacks, i heard great things about them... must order soon... but, no snow yet and its decemeber... is it worth it if it only snow a couple of time this season and we got snow plows?

Yes - they are worth it (unless you enjoy ice skating with your car). Just look for a set on Craigslist.
