My pop just bought a truck that he isn't happy with and is just going to resell it but has nothing to give to the owner for proof of ownership aside from a bill of sale. How long does it take to recieve the title ? Will they issue it on the spot ifyou ask them too ?

 

it depends on if teh place he registered it at and the title transfer at was online line if he got a pink slip it will probably take a couple weeks but if he got a reg. card then he will probably only take a couple days

96GTI2.0T, is correct, alot of places here are still not online. It ususally takes a couple of weeks to recieve your title, and depending on when he bought it, the holidays off may effect the wait also. I'm on the other side of the state so he may be able to better point you in the direction of someone who is online, you may want to check with Batmobile also, he is in the Philadelphia area.
