I believe D.C and V.A has the equivalent of the CCRB in NYC in which you guys can file complaints against the police if you believe you were wronged. I think it is OCCR or something like that. Report these incidents!

ffx county cops are rediculous.. i visit the dc/va area alot and have many friends down there and they all agree that those are the worst cops EVER.. i had a friend go to jail for 5 days for speeding with md ins. and registration... i wouldnt bother fighting it.
