I know this is coming at the last minute, but I need a spot to stay while in Carlisle. I would prefer not to stay in the room that I reserved by myself so that I could save a couple of dollars.

My fiancee was supposed to go up to the meet with me so that we could get away and give her an opportunity to meet you guys in the process. Well, as some of you know, she is pregnant (14 weeks) and is currently on bed rest for the next couple of weeks as of last Thursday. The baby is doing fine and so is she, they said that it is just precautionary. She'll be staying with her mother who lives about five minutes away for the day and a half that I'm away. She really wants me to go since I'm at the end of the semester and she fells that I deserve the break from everything. I asked a few people and they all were unable to get away from prior commitments. I'll keep asking, but it doesn't seem likely the closer we get to the event.

If anyone can spare some room great, if not, I understand. I planned on arriving Saturday morning and leaving Sunday morning. Thanks and either way, I'll see you guys in Carlisle.

 

Ask cherplex i believe he was looking for someone to split a room with.

 

Ask Kevin... He had left a comment on the Saturday MD Caravan... He stated if you had an air mattress, you were good to go.

I currently dont have a place to stay either. Realized I didn't book a room yet.... I do have an air mattress, is the parking lot a good place?

 

Check with Cherplex or just post a thread looking for a roomie, I'm sure someone is trying to slipt the cost of their room...

 

Back seat of the GS is comfortable as hell, and 2 peeps can fit back there. Trust me, me and the wife tested it out. Opps.

Hey Kev, I am staying only Saturday. Do you think there are rooms available in any local hotels?

 

I'm not sure about policy, but I still have a room reserved and if they allow you to take it from me then great if you aren't gonna try to stay with any of the other members.
