I did the TSIB right after it came out a few months ago at Bay Ridge Lexus. The service writer gave me problems at first saying that my wheels look clean and that they don't see any exessive break dust. I started arguing with them saying that I have to clean my wheels every day for them to look clean and that if they want I'll go for a drive and come back in 15 minutes and they'll see how much break dust there will be. After a little more arguing and talking to the service manager they finally agreed to do it. I think mine was the first car that had it done at Bay Ridge Lexus. Also my car only had 5k miles at that time.

Getting mine done tomorrow, Bay Ridge, Kelvin said it only applies for the IS350 but I called Corporate last week and someone called me back to schedule the fix tomorrow. I'll keep you guys updated.

Just got it done on Friday and they did give me trouble even though they spoke with Corporate. But Kelvin at Bay Ridge hooked it up. So far, I do notice a difference and wondering if I should have stayed with the dusty pads.
