Scarlet Was In Accident
Hey Guys,
Some of you may have heard that this past Friday when I was driving home from work, I was involved in an accident (my first one)! I was driving down Rt. 29 aka Colesville Road in the far left lane and the guy next to me in the middle lane in his Toyota Highlander must have not seen me in his blind spot and came right into my lane. So needless to say my passenger side is not looking so hot. It's not as bad as I thought it was initially BUT can't wait for her to be fixed and back in perfect order. I thought I share some pics...

I'm Still In Disbelief
Damage to Front Passenger Door
But She Still Is Still Pretty From the Driver's Side
I can't wait till she is fixed, I'll def post pics once it is done, I'll be giving her some extra TLC and a detailing job myself once she is back in my arms...

Anna... wow.. my mind was thinking something totally different when i saw the title. You had me worried there for a second. Glad to see that your ok and it appears to be just cosmetic issues. She'll be up and running in no time.
Did the guy/gal admit to it? Did you get it all sorted out with the insurance companies?

Sorry about the car.......Just like some had mentioned, I was wondering if you were OK. The car can be fixed, glad it wasn't worse and it is good that you can still drive it. I hope that the other driver cooperates and owes up to the mistake.

I am def OK so thank you all for your concern. When it happened I thought it was much worst but after I had time to calm down and evaluate it, I'm not too worried about her getting fixed back to normal... I won't be taking my car to the body shop till Wednesday not by choice that is the earliest they said they could take it/begin working on it. The guy who hit me did admit that it was his fault and I'm praying he says the same exact thing to the insurance company. But I'm still in that inbetween process, hopefully I'll give it to the body shop, get my rental and Scarlet will be back to me in no time.
Kevin: My grandfather was released from the hospital on Thursday and is back home with an oxygen tank BUT home nonetheless. Thank you for everyone who also kept my grandfather in good thoughts. He is 80 and a true solider!!!
Here are some more pics of the scene and the other guy's car:
