Ok On a different note.

Certain events in the past day or so have happened that I'm not going to be able to this. I have a family emergency that I have to attend and I will be leaving the country and i won't get back until the 25th.

If someone is willing to take the torch and make this meet happen I would greatly appreciate it. If not, it looks like it will have to be postponed until another time. So whoever feels they can pull this off feel free to pm me.

I'm sorry guys about this but I know you will understand.

I don't have a problem post-poning it since this is your idea Soup and I don't think anyone else will. If others still want to do this meet let us know. If you want we can have someone coordinate the northern area and we can have someone coordinate the MD,VA area. Speak up people, the 25th is not far away.

 

It's a tough call...

I really want Carlos there.

But we could do it now, and then do it again in October with Carlos...especially if it's a good time, and I believe it will be.

I say we do it TWICE before winter.

 

I say we postpone it, wait for Los. It's his meet, his idea, he'd be missed!

 

Waiting for Carlos is fine with me, Tony also wanted to go but will be leaving for the cruise that day anyway.

If anyone has any objection say now, otherwise this meet has been postponed until further notice.

I vote to postpone it. Would love to do it but it wouldn't be fair to Los. We wouldn't be planning on going if he hadn't brought it up. So postpone it and we do it when Los can make it.

 

Actually I'm on the phone now with Carlos and we are thinking that pushing this back to October makes sense.

1) Weather is cooler
2) Leaves will be turning so it will make for a much prettier scenic route
3) September is going to be a busy month

So we are looking at the weekends of:

Oct 12th
Oct 19th
