Since I'm up in WNY from NC for the summer [and the summer is winding down], I'm trying to gauge interest for a Lexus meet with fellow ISx50 owners, or any interested Lexus owner in the WNY / GTA area at Niagara Falls Ontario - September 29th '07 @ 12:00pm . .

This sounds like a cool idea and I would definitely be interested.

There are a couple issues that come to mind.
1. For a meet that is that far away a weeks notice is not enough time to organize people and caravans to get there.

2. If I am correct you would need passports to go into Canada and I would imagine that many people do not have them and a week is too short a time to obtain them.

If you would like to organize something a little later and maybe on the US side of Niagara Falls I think that would be easier to get more attendees. Just my 2 cents.

We'll see who responds but I think having this event on the Canadian side will be a much better event - there is not much to do on the US side in this area. As always, the consensus will rule

Another 2 bits for the pot,,,
You are having a meet in the Ontario/Niagara Falls area, yet you are posting in the NORTHEAST section. For most of the members, with the exception of a few in Pittsburgh, this is easily a 7-8 hour drive to get here. Aside from myself, dont know of too many people who can take that hump, easily. Not gonnna get much turnout that way. You may have alot more success having this post moved to the Canada or Great Lakes forum. This would probably benefit them alot more since it would be a shorter drive.
