favorite lexus dealership for service
whats your fav lexus dealership in the nyc area for service?
any service locations i should stay away from? good service managers/advisors? contacts? i will travel if the dealership is worth it. As of now I've been to Lexus of Rockville Center and Lex of Queens but havent been completely thrilled with either one.
Suggestions please....

queens is ok but they dont have the best technicians over there and try to rush u a little bit and they dont have saturday hours.
rockville has always treated us good but out RX had some mysterious paint chips 3 times after servicing there. They were always fixed by the dealership (flatbedded to and from my job) but regardless it was a hassle that was unnecessary. I guess I should try rockville again with my gs430.

not dealing w/ any dealers in BK... i got my infiniti from kings and i hate going there bc of the commute and I had it out with one of the service advisors there bc of infiniti's ****ty *** brakes on the 05 X's. I know its not lexus, but any infiniti owners should no kings sucks. go to massapequa.

Queens, Bay Ridge & Manhattan Lexus are all owned by the same person.
I've never had my car serviced at a dealership, I just head out to a shop that I am familiar with. Parts on the other hand I get directly from Bay Ridge.

I dont know why everyone has such a bad experience with bayridge. I've had nothing but good experiences there. Maybe you guys should talk to Marlon or Kelvin.. they're really cool.
