Default favorite lexus dealership for service

whats your fav lexus dealership in the nyc area for service?

any service locations i should stay away from? good service managers/advisors? contacts? i will travel if the dealership is worth it. As of now I've been to Lexus of Rockville Center and Lex of Queens but havent been completely thrilled with either one.

Suggestions please....

Don't do Bay Ridge even though my car is there (I had no choice). Bay Ridge doesnt seem to have the best reputation when it comes to service.

im going to take back what i said about both queens and rockville.

queens is ok but they dont have the best technicians over there and try to rush u a little bit and they dont have saturday hours.

rockville has always treated us good but out RX had some mysterious paint chips 3 times after servicing there. They were always fixed by the dealership (flatbedded to and from my job) but regardless it was a hassle that was unnecessary. I guess I should try rockville again with my gs430.

I hear you. Once my car is out, back into another shop for a REAL thorough check up. Besides, getting to Bay Ridge is absolutely horrible.

Queens, Bay Ridge & Manhattan Lexus are all owned by the same person.

I've never had my car serviced at a dealership, I just head out to a shop that I am familiar with. Parts on the other hand I get directly from Bay Ridge.

If your looking for parts you may be better off getting it from sewell or carsons. The lexus dealerships here, charge alot more for the same parts. Plus you get discounts from sewell and great deals from carsons.

Sewell Lexus - www.lexus-parts.com
discount code : CL911M - 10% off

Carsons - www.l-tunedparts.com
Speak with Luis and tell him your from CL. They will take good care of you.

Lexus of Smithtown is iffy, sometimes they hook you up and other times they screw you over.

I say try Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove, that's where I got my car and their service is actually good.

I dont know why everyone has such a bad experience with bayridge. I've had nothing but good experiences there. Maybe you guys should talk to Marlon or Kelvin.. they're really cool.

Stick with rallye or ray catena chains. The ones in the boroughs are not the best. Greenwich, CT is also very good and extremely professional. My default is Lexus of Larchmont. Very professional and straight forward service.
