I'm going to see if anyone will consider this.
Sherwood Park, Ct.
We can park on the grass, baseball/softball field right next to the spot, bbq, football area, next to the beach (not that anybody is going to get in).
Lets try something different, haven't been to any Queens meet, but the meets usually take place there.
The park is about 35-40 mins. once you get on I-95north and it's right off the highway exit, like literally 1/2 mile.

how about valley stream state park? its pretty big in size. parking lots are huge. and its conviently located off the SSP. so i guess it'll be easy to get there from anywhere. parking costs something like 5 or 6 dollars.
