todd i am glad to hear you are doing better.. when blair called me and told me yesterday i couldnt believe it and i got to the hospital as quickly as possible.. it was good to see you still had your sense of humor even tho you were beaten up pretty badly... hope you have a speedy recovery

Naw its cool. The thing is the hospital was about 60 miles from the accident scene so we were hauling azz to get Aimee there. I had to stop for gas and they kept going. When I flew by you I was trying to catch up to them since they were about 5-7 miles ahead. I went to call you then I realized I didn't have your number

carlos i didnt get ur voicemail because that area SUCKED and had no reception what so ever..but when i found out that we were suppose to get off on exit 10, we were at like exit 13 or something and i had 2 other members with me so we just decided to take the tactonic home. good to hear Todd is doing better and is up and talking.

I'm finally home, back from NYC.

I'll call Amy tomorrow morning for an update on Todd, but glad Soup talked to him directly earlier.

It was shaping up to be such a wonderful day too, but sh@#! happens. So glad the worst didn't happen though....cars are replaceable.

Good to see my NY NELOC brothers...even if we were stuck in the hospital for half the day.

And 1Loud, thanks for the ride of my life. You made sure the day ended in utter excitement. That 911 is simply amazing.

Todd, be well. When I'm back in NYC (hopefully before Xmas), I'm comin' over to check on you.

I am glad he is doing better. I just spoke to him last week about driving up to NY too look at some cars he was selling. My prayers is with him and his family.

UPDATE

Just talked to Aimee.

Todd is doing much better, even from this morning. He stood on his own this afternoon. But not for long, because he's having extreme ankle pain. But the Xrays came back negative, so the ankle's not broken, just badly bruised.

He's still in ICU in the hospital in Poughkeepsie (St. Francis), but they hope to move him tomorrow to a regular bed. The doctors want to do one last check on his spinal cord to make sure the ankle pain is not related to the nerves in his spinal cord.

He'll be in the hospital in Poughkeepsie for a few more days, and then they may move him to a rehab center in NYC later this week.

Just happy to hear that things are looking good. Looking at the wreckage, this is awfully good news.
