Yes....we specifically selected the Pavilion to house the cars for this group. We could have occupied another totally enclosed building, but if we did, we would have to leave the cars at the fairgrounds all weekend. By utilizing the pavilion, we can leave and use our cars each night to travel back and forth to the show. We have less room than the enclosed building, but at least we take our cars at night.
Some of us who are organizing the meet will be arriving Friday. Nothing really goes on that day....the main day is really Saturday. Sunday is when the remaining attendees come back to hang out and see the show results, but a lot of people go home Sunday so attendance is lower on Sunday.

registration Thread Has Been Moved And Consolidated With The Information Thread. Please Pm me With The Info You Receive From Your Registration Card So I Can Update The Listing!! This Will Consist Of Your Name/screen Name/car/and CUST ID# On The Card. I Use This Listing To Keep Track Of Attendance As Well As A Double Assurance Checklist With The One Carlisle Provides To Me To Make Sure That All Whom I Have Listed , Are Not Missed By Carlisle.
