As we get closer to the event, caravan threads will start popping up. They will be listed by region. For example there was an thread titled "MD Carlisle Cavaran Thread". Within thread there were two lists of groups. 1 for Frifay and 1 for Saturday.

You do not have to be there on Friday. I think that if you can make it there on Friday you are better off. You will have time to clean your car and will not have to rush on Saturday. You will be able to enjoy all the venue has to offer and you will also be able to mingle with all the new people. As far as hanging out I am sure that there will be something that happens on Friday night that is of our own doing.
I know that I will be arriving on Friday morning as well as a good number of Maryland NELOC people.

Stay turne for the caravans threads to come. Normally there is one that leaves sometime on Friday as well as one that leaves EARLY on Sat. morning.
Cliff, bonna ad to your comment about the parking. We need to be there, CHECK IN (even though you register online, you still have to check in and get you window sticker on your car that shows you registered. See the little orange stickers in the top corner of everyone's car's in the aftermath pics) and then parked by 10 am. There is alot of traffic that will be there on Sat, so we need to make sure that the game plans are tight and that coordinators, caravan leaders, etc are in contact with one another. This will only add to ease the amount of confusion that will exist .

Hmmm, not sure. I didn't see anything on the site about bringing multiple people. I believe any addition people would pay the regular admission fee if all are riding in the same car, but I would contact Carlisle directly to varify that.
Regular Admission:
Fri: $10, Sat: $20, Sun: $15
3-day pass: $35
Children 12 and under admitted free
