march 15th sounds pretty solid. right smack dab in the middle of the month.i say moving the date would mess up some people who've already taken off for work. just my $0.2

If you were to change the date due to people having work related issues, what is the day you would set for ? i think thats why gsoup suggested a poll for all of us to make a majority decision. its less than 20 days until the meet takes place.

Alright folks, the BBQ is almost here! Would anyone else like to throw some things in for the BBQ? I can't bring everything ya know :P

This is a public notice to those attending the meet!!!

Please make sure you bring the following goods/items with you if you plan on hiking along.

First aid kit
Rubbing alcohol
Plenty of water bottles!
Extra clothes


And I can NOT stress this enough- An extra pair of SNEAKERS. If you're planning on hiking with us, you definitely will need another pair of sneakers to wear.
