So its been a long time since i posted any progress and i really haven't gotten much done as money seems to go fast then it comes.
Block went to the machine shop and clean and honed for new rings.

New main bearings and main bolts along with ARP rod bolts and rod bearings installed.

New piston rings installed

ARP Head studs:

Head and Manifold Installed

I still have a few small modification i need to do the the manifold and throttle body, but so far the build has gone smoothly. next oil pan and pump, water pump and set the timing.

quick question, is there a reason why u made the manifold that shape instead of like a tube or square like ive seen other ones.

Marcos,

I am very anxious to see the finished project. Your car has made great strides since last years Carlisle and it seems as though you are continuing that. Great work.

AT the time i was making the manifold, I wanted to use a 90mm throttle body and i felt like the square plenum would take up more space then the half round. If i were to do it now, there are more options as far as plenum design and supporting throttle body flanges.

Lookin good man. How do you find time to work on the car and plant plants and flowers?

I see a custom CB7 in the background! One of my favorite cars of all time.

No time for rest. And the Honda is my first attempt at a custom car. 225,000 Daily driven miles and goin strong, until the head gasket blew a few weeks ago. So I'll be fixing that in the up coming weeks.
