For you guys who didn't hear, Noels car caught fire the other day. They both made it out safely. The car was fresh out of the shop with a beautiful paint job. Suspension was installed and motor was tuned up. Ready for the northeast meet when it all happened.

that completely sucks. fresh paint too. jeez. but thank god he got out of the car before any serious injuries happened.

 

Damn,, really sorry to read about that. Def have insurance investigate the cause. Possibly something not done correctly when motor was tuned. thinking a pinched or ruptured fuel line.

 

Well we thought about it. The only things we touched when we tuned it up was the dist, valve covers, plugs, EGR and intake mani. This was all done months ago. The last thing I believe they did to the car was wash out the engine bay and work on the suspension.

 

Wow thats crazy but at least you guys made it out OK. So is there any idea as to what may have caused the fire?

It was crazy taking parts off right on the street with your neighbors looking at us like we were insane.
