I have two bent wheels (the same type that is currently on my car). I would like to get rid of these and would like a couple of bucks; I just don't want to throw them out. Does any1 have any suggestions?

I was quoted around $135/ea to fix. So it wouldn't make sense to pay $270 and be only able to sell them for $500. I'd make $230.00. I would rather get rid of these "as-is" for $200 neg. (for both) and call it a day. Let me know guys if you know of any shops (maybe ones that fix wheels) that would want to take these off my hands.

i am in the same position. i have a complete set of 18x8 evolution stich wheels, but are bent and blah blah. anyone know where to unload these? they can be fixed and are nice 3pc (maybe 2pc, but i know they are multipiece) wheels. hope some one can help the both of us

You could always try Ebay or better yet there is a classified section in CL post it there depending on the car type the are appropriate to. Just be very descriptive on condition and have pics available. People WILL ask for the pics.

throw them on craigslist... i know a place that fixes them for about $50 though if you'd like to get that done...

Just throw them up,, with full disclosure and an appropriate price,, for sale. Someone will take them if they want them bad enough and is willing to pay to have them fixed.

let me know the name of this spot and maybe a phone number. it may be to my benefit to fix these up and find a use for them if its only 50 bucks a pop... will they weld a cracked barrel there are well?

106th Tire on Northern Blvd and 106th St, it's usually around $45 to fix a bend. The $135 quote is usually to return the rim to 'new' or 'like new' condition. But to just fix the bend itself should be in the $50 range (depending on the bend)
