I'm horribly out of shape, but I can do 5k.. what its like 3miles right.. I've chased icecream trucks longer than that...


Seriously though, I'm out of shape, and I'm working hard to get back in shape. I've been doing 2 mile jogs daily and I'm sticking to a plan to make this 5k run doable.

I dunno if anyone else on here is into running, I'm not... but I always wondered if i could do it. I just figured I'd put this link up incase anyone else in the area feels like practicing running from the cops like I am.

No time limit that I know of... I'm probably looking at 45 minutes cause I'm no where a 10 minute mile.... My car is in better shape than me.

You can definitely do 5k at a steady pace.... Unless you were somehow referring to Golf.

Good luck bro Its sure not an easy task but, I am sure once you put your mind too it you will be on track in no time. I myself gotta start back my workout routine as soon as my risk injury gets better (weights + cardio)

hey good luck and yes you can do it if you stay focus. i did one for the first time in my life the "run for the cure, susan g. komen 5k" i did it with run/walk i'm 225lb & 5'8 i'm way out of shape. so i'm hoping the next 5k i can just run the whole thing. you def. have to pace yourself. here's a good source i found www.runnersworld.com hope this helps and good luck. maybe you can do a half marathon after doing this 5k hah. i'm gonna try to, might take a while but if there's a will there is a way.
