Hi Nate: Thanks for the info. I actually have a question for you as a CBP. I work for an Immigration law firm and I have a client who was wrongfully detained at the border in 2004 for allegedly overstaying his B-1/B-2. We produced a valid I-797 to show he did not overstay but the Immigration service still wants to see an arrest record from CBP, do you guys keep records at all? I've been having a hard getting someone to find information for me and I have a deadline of Dec 7th to get the record to the Feds. lol..I never thought I would do something work related on CL.

They can visit on your days off or holidays, the last time I checked. If you get a 3 days due to holiday go home or have them stay in motel off base. Savannah and Jacksonville is a hour away either direction. Brunswick, Ga is kinda the armpit of Georgia. I remember when I went in 1994 going to a dance club where they served the beer in a 40oz can and if you asked for a rum and coke you get a 1/2 pint of barcardi, can of coke and a styro foam cup from the bartender. Oh those was the days. Man I hope I didn't leave any kids behind.
Going to the academy is kinda like a college with uniformed. All federal law enforcement officers go throught FLETC except FBI, Secret Service and a few others. You know they are "Special"
