Northern VA monthly meet @ Malibu Grill Steakhouse.
We NOVA folks pretty much going to this place once or twice a month for meet/social, why not make a thread and share w/others

Meats to be served for lunch:
-Chicken(Frango) - roasted chicken thigh marinated with salt, pepper, basil leaves, garlic
-Pork sausage(Linguica) - special spicy ground pork
-Turkey with bacon - turkey marinated with beer,onions,basil and wrapped with bacon
-Sirloin steak(Fraldinha) - precisely cut for tenderness and seasoned with kosher salt
-Top Sirlion(Alcatra) - 2huge serving sprinkled with fine salt
Dinner includes all the lunch meats and:
-Beef ribs(Costela de Boi) - beef ribs marinated with Au jus seasoning, lemon, salt/pepper
-Prime Sirloin(Picanha) - a round cut of steak, seasoned with salt
-Lamb(Cordeiro) - tender cut lamb marinated with ground pepper, onions, red wine
-Pork loin(Lombo) - marinated with white wine, and basil leaves
-New York Steak - the American favorite, Brazilian style
An extensive selection of freshly-prepared cold salads and hot dishes daily.
-Vinaigrette Salsa - green/red peppers, onions, tomatoes, olive oil and white wine vingear.
-Feijoada - Black beans and pork stew. farofa optional.

Figures. There are a grand total of TWO Malibu Grill Steakhouses in the world. One of them is like 1000 yards from my place. You guys meet at the OTHER one!!
Oh, and the food there rocks!
I might could make it Thursday; will have to check with the better half.
