Bummer to hear you gotta go....but ya gotta do what you gotta do. Only met ya a few times...but i can at least say..our grills won't be the same without ya . Be good....be safe...and keep in touch......you know where to find us if you ever find yourself back this way. We'll leave the light on for ya..lol.

You know we're definitely coming back. She was upset we couldn't come up two weeks ago but your kitchen wasn't finished yet. She was even more upset when I came up this past weekend when it was finished .

Definitely need a new spot. I'm sure there is a WANTED poster. Next time the getaway vehicle needs to be closer to the door.

Vegas is a city of excitement and glamour that is beyond imagination..I'm sure you will find plenty of job opportunities out there since there are plenty of new hotels and hotspots opening in the upcoming year..I go to Vegas frequently throughout the year, I'll look you up when I'm there..Best of luck!

Family always comes first and you gotta do what you gotta do but....dude!

You will be missed. You're leaving behind some pretty big NELOC shoes (and you know what they say about guys with big feet).

Kathy and I wish you nothing but the best. There are a lot of opportunities out in Vegas (not to mention that the housing prices are not INSANE, like they are around here (even in this economy)).

It looks like this here Internet thing might be around for a while so, be sure to use it and keep in touch.

And, while this goes without saying, I'm saying it anyway, you need something, you just call. Got it?

I will Dennis. I try to keep in mind that without the strip, Vegas is just another town not to dissimilar from anywhere else that way I don't get caught up in casinos and what not. Def hit me up when you visit.

Ahaha I made some friends in the Howard County, and State PDs here, so I'm sure I'll do the same out there.

Well Greg I already have someone willing to step up as point person for MD to assist Tony. You'll see soon enough that there will be know problem filling those shoes once I'm gone.

I'll definitely be popping in to see everything I'm going to be missing as well as give you guys updates on what Monteece and I are doing.

As others have said, shame to see you go you are a real leader and a nice guy. Also big thanks for jumpstarting rotm at ISF, I really did not 'get' ISF until you started this program. I really think this is a door to much bigger and better things for you in the real world, and in the car world. As great as you're current IS300 is, I think it is the tip of the iceburg, in the future you are going to build some kind of crazy car that everybody will not stop talking about.(VIP car??). I know I will still see you in this forum and ISF. So take care and and Godspeed.
p.s. whenever I do get lowered and some nice rims, I will hit you up for a nice sig.

Thanks Ryan. ISF is coming along and ROTM is just the one of the site's attributes. We have more things in the works and will implemented in due time. Basically it has become a more inviting IS forum without any of the BS that goes on on my.IS. I'm going to continue modding my 1IS but who knows what the future holds as the next project car. But it will certainly be a Lex. We'll be in touch.

I've had the pleasure of being around you and Monteece and when something is real there is no denying it. The two of you together is unstoppable!!! Keep your head up in this job field and I'm sure you'll both be blessed with great things to come. You both deserve it!!! I gotta thank you for all the help you given me and especially to Scarlet since I came on board back in March, 07 (time flies when you're having fun). I know I seem pretty wobbling at times but you always were a big motivator for me. You will surely be missed but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm sure we will all party it up before you go, NELOC style :-)
