I VOTE FOR BACKUP AT TYSONS II LIKE UNTRA VIP SAID: I am not a fan of nova in the slightest but it is very very convenient since it is about 100 yards off of 495 (major highway around dc) and last 2 times i went into their underground parking garage which is ground level on 1 whole side it was practically empty and i only go by there on weekends.
if it is raining bad this is a perfect spot for some parking lot pimpin'. i live about an 1 hour and 20mins from this place currently and it definitely has my 2 thumbs up for a fallout location.
i'm confident that we could easily fit 50+ cars in there, or any number of other parking garages in the area.
BTW They just opened a huge 5 story parking garage in Annapolis that is currently like 97% empty since most of the stores are still under construction. I have driven through this area a few times recently and I really don't think the 1 security guard would mind since the place isn't in operation yet.

tent/chair rental sounds more gooder than other previous suggestions so far.
i agree about the whole fake asian food thing when referring to PF changs, its kinda sad that so many people eat it up and never stop to wonder... its like saying taco bell is real mexican food ect. etc. etc...
