Rasool, like I used to tell all of my students when I was a trainer for Truck driving, make sure you read every sign; even those that don't pertain to you. Take away the valuable info from those that do and heed it, dis-regard the others whose info do not. Will save you alot of headache and heartache later. Not to mention, your pockets will be alot happier also.

That's exactly why I usually take the train and subway into the city or just go at night when it's easier to find parking. But if you do drive into the city you have to read every sign because it can be very confusing. I even go the extra mile and read the signs across the street and keep reading the signs as I'm walking up or down the street.
