My own opinion...
"Come for the cars. Stay for the people" .... people outside of NELOC aren't going to get the point. They will think, "Come where? and Stay for what people? I think you guys are def on to something here but maybe broaden on that with something like:
'NELOC' - "Where we're more than enthusiasts, we're family"
Just my thoughts..

Well, I'm going with the majority, I've given everyone the opportunity to make a suggestion. I'd like to have t-shirts for NELOC by May. I want the shirts to be different, perhaps show a sense of pride or unity within our group. Not everyone has to order a t-shirt with me. I'm sure other members will do the t-shirt thing next year or years to come. This is my first contribution to the club other than attending meets. If you like the shirt wear it, if not, get another one another time.

ok, I'll make sure to make your slogan in large font...lol, j/k.
Honestly, I really want the majority of NELOC to like the slogan or whatever goes on the shirts. It appears the second one is more popular and most likely will go on the shirts. So we should decide what variation of the phrase suits us more and doesn't spark bursts of laughter and confusion should non-NELOC members see them. I'm gonna open up orders again, this time it'll be for real...lol

i had joined the air force and moved to japan and heard through some friends that she was bragging about doing 3 dudes at the same time, so i asked her and she said it was fun... i really can't see how doing 3 dudes at the same time would be fun though. now 3 chicks at the same time would be fun though.
