I currently rent 1/2 of a two car garage in the very congested Bay Terrace section of Queens. I will no longer be using it as of 8/1/09 as I found an apartment with a garage. If you're in need of a garage for your Lexus, PM me and I will put you in touch with the owner of the garage. It is an elderly woman who owns the house and has no use for the garage.

Monthly rent is the rediculously low price of $120.00.

I will be making no profit off of this - just trying to help local people out.
