Come laugh at my no skills!!

For some reason, I don't know why, I could not get my car to slide last night.
I had traction control off too that's what makes me all confused...

Yes it is stock and automatic, that doesn't really make a difference though because I can still get it sideways.
And I have left large smoke clouds in many parking lots on dry pavements before.

 

were u in low gear? using ebrake?

 

yah second gear + traction control off, no ebrake

I noticed that my front wheels were sliding a lot too so it prevented me from getting sideways the way I wanted. And other times they were gripping too much.

Now that I think about it I should have started off with a stand still burn out then went from there because the rear wheels would already be at a spin. *facepalm*

 

you should watch drift bible for some pointers. you can brake before you turn to fight understeer (weight shifts forward), then the rest is like a regular drift.

 

Just like anything, just practice, practice, practice, you will get the hang of it!

 

Its so much easier with a manual.
